If you have found your way to this website, my guess is that you are in an uncomfortable place right now; maybe that is a new feeling or has been with you for some time.  It can be difficult even admitting to ourselves that we are not coping.  It takes a lot of courage to reach out and admit we need help... well done for taking that first step.

My aim is to give you a brief introduction to myself and the kind of work that I do, to help you decide if counselling with me would be right for you.
